The regulatory landscape for waste plastics is ever evolving and EPRO has a working group focussed on policy and legislation.
The group provides a platform for members to share and discuss in detail proposals for new or amended legislation.
It also provides a forum for members to provide input into the legislative process by developing technical responses to consultations or developing positions on important topics.
This group is jointly chaired by Circular Materials, one of EPRO’s members in Canada and Valipac, one of EPR’s members in Belgium.
